What You’ll Do:
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present solar solutions.
Close deals with a proven, high-converting sales process.
Work with a dedicated team of top-tier setters to maximize appointments.
Provide exceptional service while helping homeowners save money.
Who We’re Looking For:
2 years of sales experience (solar preferred, but not required).
Strong closing skills & a proven track record of success.
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven professionals.
Ability to mentor & lead junior reps (growth into leadership encouraged!).
