Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our property, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing while also performing maintenance duties to keep the hotel functional.
Duties
- Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties
- Trim shrubs, and edge walkways
- Maintain landscape beds by planting, weeding, and watering
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment efficiently
- Keep outdoor areas free of debris and litter
-Perform general maintenence duties such as painting, repairing fixtures.
-General plumbing and electrical knowledge preferred
Qualifications
- Familiarity with a variety of power tools used in groundskeeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
