We are looking for a bilingual customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate able to communicate effectively with in both English and Spanish The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing quotes and recommendations, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish to assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Utilize effective communication and phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and client support skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle outbound calls and perform cash handling
- Familiarity with call center operations and analysis skills
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, along with sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
