Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Making sure drivers turn in paperwork daily and that all paperwork is uploaded in our system for billing purposes.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel, take messages, and provide general information about the company.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry related to drivers
- Manage office access by verifying visitor credentials and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of packages or supplies (up to 15 pounds).
- Part-time position.
- Regular office hours; may require flexibility depending on business needs.
