Responsibilities include:
- Providing assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, assisting with ambulation.
- Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping.
- Showing up to work on time, and following your assigned shift(s)
- Submitting timesheets upon completion of servicing each client daily
Job Requirements:
- You must pass a criminal background check.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- You must have completed a TB Test within the last year.
- CPR and Bloodborne Pathogen training (provided upon hire)
- At least one year experience in the last 5 years as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health/hospice agency.
