What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Inside Sales Associate position at SVN | Three Rivers Commercial Advisors?
SVN | Three Rivers Commercial Advisors is currently recruiting for candidates to fill the position of Inside Sales Associate (ISA) in its downtown Pittsburgh office location. Hourly rate plus bonus.
As an ISA, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various outbound lead sources, which will be provided. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating leads, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system (Salesforce). You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer specialists. All training necessary to successfully perform in the ISA position will be provided.

- Set 8-10 buying and/or listing appointments weekly
- Manage contact database system (Salesforce)

- Track weekly goals and progress
- Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates with sales and/or telemarketing experience highly desired
- Strong computer skills with focus on Excel/data management
- Confident and friendly phone demeanor
- Possesses optimism and persistence
- Active PA Real Estate license (or willingness to obtain)
