KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounting, tax, and consulting needs.
- Lead and supervise accounting engagements, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to develop financial strategies that support their goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen our collective expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience.
- Strong client management skills with a passion for building relationships.
- Experience with tax planning and compliance is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
