What does a Field Administration Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Process transactions, AP, AR, route settlement, and provides customer service for the assigned Distribution Center (DC) in accordance with Company's policies and procedures. Manages, forecasts, and analyzes entire P&L and prepares reports for cross functional teams. Prepares JV adjustments and preforms reconciliations of balance sheet accounts. Collaborates with location management to ensure company objectives are met. Supports the assigned Finance Manager by training, coaching, and performing coverage of any additional finance employees in the DC.

What does a Field Administration Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Process transactions, AP, AR, route settlement, and provides customer service for the assigned Distribution Center (DC) in accordance with Company's policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Performs financial duties including AP, AR disputes, preparing Hot Shot Invoices, managing expenses to budget, purchasing supplies, JV postings, and reconciliations
- Work with location management, customers, or corporate employees to collaborate, research, and correct locations issues
- Ensure completion of Route Processing by completing tasks or assisting Finance Manager with training, coaching, and coverage of RPA as needed
- Provide analysis for local team on the entire P&L and manage expenses to budget by ensuring expenses are tracked and paid timely
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to forecast, and support BOY/ Budget process for sales and logistics
- Assists with requests from regions, corporate, safety, or HR by addressing and executing their directives
- Performs self-assessment audits and ensures audit compliance
- Associate's Degree In Business, Accounting, or related field. preferred or
- High School Diploma (or GED) with 2 years of experience in related field required
- 2 years Finance/Accounting experience with expense management preferred
- 1 years Office Management role or similar with experience managing expenses to budget required
