The recipient of a 330 CHC grant, the Center began receiving Bureau of Primary Health Care funding in 1984. Its mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive, primary and preventive health care and support services in a safe environment of caring, respect and dignity in a cost effective manner. The Center operates a facility in Lake Charles, Louisiana and a satellite in Lafayette.
