What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dir Outreach & Enrollment position at Swope Health?
As the Director of Outreach and Enrollment, you will work under the direction of the Executive Director. The Director of Outreach and Enrollment is responsible for marketing and enrollment activities to support the growth of PACE KC within our service area and target populations. The mission of the Director of Outreach and Enrollment is to develop effective communication strategies to successfully communicate the benefits and services that the PACE KC offers to the community. In addition, our goal is to educate and guide individual members and their caregivers through the decision-making process as they evaluate the program for themselves and those, they provide care for. Successful Candidates will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations, Public Health, or a health or human services-related field required
- Three (3) years of experience in a Marketing role for a health care provider, or in an information and referral resource role with the senior networks.
- Minimum of 1 year of complex, long sales cycle experience, including selling over the phone or face-to-face meetings, preferably with diverse populations.
- Consistent and documented experience in marketing, preferably in health care/geriatric or combined with knowledge of the unique needs of the elder population and their caregivers.
Associates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption for vaccination accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.
