Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure contracts and agreements.
  • Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of successful implementation.
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth.
