Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in generating high-quality leads and driving growth. This role will play a critical role in planning and executing data-driven, multi-channel B2B marketing programs from end-to-end (strategy, development, execution, reporting) that engage executive-level healthcare decision-makers primarily at health systems and other large healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, lead generation strategies, and experience working in the health tech or SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, and paid digital advertising.
Own the lead lifecycle from campaign planning and execution to nurturing and handoff to the sales team.
Collaborate with product marketing and sales to ensure alignment on campaign goals, target personas, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.
Optimize lead nurturing processes and create tailored workflows using marketing automation tools like Marketo and HubSpot and leverage those tools and Google analytics to track performance, campaign effectiveness, user behavior, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts. Setup backend Google analytics.
Manage digital campaigns and key channels including, Google Ads, social media ads, paid search, SEM/SEO, LinkedIn, display ads, website, events, webinars, tracking key performance metrics to ensure optimized spend, conversion rates, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and iterate on campaigns to improve engagement and lead conversion.
Partner with content creators to develop compelling assets that drive interest and educate prospects (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blog posts).
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing, healthcare, and advertising trends, bringing innovative ideas to enhance demand generation efforts.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a health tech or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
Strong understanding of marketing automation especially Marketo and Hubspot, CRM systems and integration with Marketing, social media, and Google Analytics for measuring and analyzing web traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
Strong experience with digital advertising, including paid search, social media, display ads, and LinkedIn campaigns targeting healthcare professionals or B2B segments, with a focus on lead generation and engagement.
Demonstrated success in funnel management including MQLs (a marketing qualified lead) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience managing budgets and ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
Health technology background is a plus
