Regional Business Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and day-to-day oversight of any deployment solutions operational services for assigned customer(s). As Regional Business Manager, Innovative Operations Solutions, you will contribute to new endeavors which enhance the adaptability of services by customers, such as designing tools, deliverables, and presentations. You will:

• Partner with the Client Services Manager and the NBD as the primary customer contact for Deployment Solutions services from implementation to project shut down
• Oversee delivery of all contracted services and ad hoc
• Consult with customers and operational subject matter experts (SMEs), internal and external, to understand promotional channel/product performance expectations and translate to actionable metrics
• Act as Deployment Solutions operational lead in customer presentations and business development pitches, as needed

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years’ experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• 5 years’ experience in customer management
• Pharmaceutical and life sciences industry and services knowledge

Desired Requirements:

• Commercial operations leadership experience
• Field management or equivalent experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
