The selected candidate will work closely with executive management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Employee relations, including handling of personnel complaints and grievances.
- Administration of the Employee Benefits program and payroll.
- HR Generalist Functions.
- This person must have at least 5-7 years‘ experience as an HR Manager.
- Construction related experience is preferred but not required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
