Assists Dietary Manager in providing dietetic services for patients and hospital employees.
Essential Duties:
- Under the direction of the Foods Service Manager, performs a variety of food service duties including cooking, assembling and delivering patient trays, preparing meals, serving food to patients and staff, cleaning of kitchen area, and other routine duties related to food preparation.
-Completes routine kitchen maintenance including cleaning cabinets, floors, and equipment as directed.
