Objective

Responsibilities

• Capital Project Execution: Manage and oversee electrical capital projects from inception to completion.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including contractors and consultants.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including electrical design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable safety and environmental regulations, including NEC, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve project efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical engineering principles and standards.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).
• Experience with industrial control systems (PLC, DCS).
• Ability to travel extensively within North America.
• Experience in the chemical or refining industry is preferred.
