S³ Inc. has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager to support our STORM programmmatic contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL
Description:
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the execution of the STORM Programmatic Contract for S³, and for the management of the company personnel and coordination of execution of contract scope from subcontractors and team members.
Responsibilities:
· Coordination with PMO management for the program office needs in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS).
· Interface with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for near-term and far-term contract requirements for all tasks and personnel including vacancies and new positions.
· Performance evaluations for S³ personnel and assessments of subcontractor and team member performance;
· Timecard management.
· Development of requisitions for new hires and backfills.
· Support strategic planning functions for the PMO leadership and develop budgets and analysis associated with contract execution and limitations.
· Interface with S³ Contracts, Human Resources, and Security for PMO and program needs; development of budgets and analysis associated with contract execution and limitations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree and 25 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree and 23 years relevant experience.
· Secret or higher DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
· 10 years or more of experience working in a project office, User organization, or command/operations group directly related to weapon system development and integration.
· Prefer 10 or more years of experience assessing the performance of government, military, or contractor personnel.
· 10 or more years of experience with contract management functions in DoD is a plus.
· 4 or more years of experience developing the staffing requirements for a DoD project office or organization and developing and coordinating budgets for a DoD project office or organization is also a plus.
