CACI is looking for a Behavioral Economics expert to support a fast-paced and innovative team. You will work with Government stakeholders at a customer site to design, build, and conduct experiments in a modeling and simulation environment.

Candidate must possess deep subject matter expertise in the behavioral sciences (economics or related area) and be able to analyze motivation, mindset, habit formation, and behavioral economics and their influence on critical decision making. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies, frameworks, and priorities to be implemented in a modeling, simulation, and analysis environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with program stakeholders and with people of other disciplines to further the mission objectives of the Government.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a behavioral science field (behavioral economics preferred)
  • Experience in Econometric modeling using STATA, R, or Python.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts
  • Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work with little supervision to resolve problems to customer’s satisfaction.
  • Ability to prepare and provide reports as requested by management.

Education:

  • Master's degree, PhD (or PhD candidate) in a behavioral science

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral economics, judgment and decision making, or a related field

A “Secret” clearance is required to begin employment. For this position, CACI has the ability to provide clearance sponsorship for qualified individuals.
