Job Summary :
As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a variety of heavy equipment like excavators, dozers, loaders, skids, and other earth moving equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other mechanical components.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
