The Role

We’re seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our ambitious goals. This is a highly visible role where you will dive deep into our financial performance, unlock insights from data, and provide analysis that informs strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop advanced financial models, enhance reporting processes, and support a range of strategic initiatives, including planning for potential business transformations and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling: Build robust financial models to forecast performance, analyze scenarios, and support long-term planning.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct deep dives into financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare detailed and impactful financial reports and presentations for the executive team and board.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance existing FP&A processes, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Project Support: Contribute to special projects such as M&A assessments, due diligence preparation, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and business strategies.


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 Years proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a high-growth or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Exposure to M&A processes, due diligence, or similar strategic projects is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a passion for driving meaningful change.

The cash compensation range we have provided has been benchmarked against similar organizations of comparable size, sector and age. Our offers of employment consider a variety of factors, including but not limited to, unique skill sets, specific expertise or certifications and business/organizational needs. We have not adjusted the range for differing geographical locations, which we take into consideration when building equitable offers. It is not typical for us to hire talent at the top of the range for a role, in part because it’s so important to us to allow all Talentful employees the opportunity to develop over time, and to feel rewarded for doing so. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 130-145k USD.

Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
