What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Business Partner position at Tamarack Health Hayward Medical Center?
- Strategic partnership with designated leaders, providing guidance and support for workforce planning, talent management and employee relations for the full employee life cycle.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and practice, offer guidance, direction and training to leadership on administration of policies and disciplinary matters.
- Conducts thorough workplace investigations as necessary. Ensures proper documentation is maintained in all performance situations and seeks support from HR Director and/or legal counsel as appropriate.
- Primary point of contact for leaders and employees to resolve workplace issues and conflicts and promote effective working relationships.
- Management of Leaves of Absences and Worker Compensation Claims, including leadership training and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring effective communication and training of available options and requirements. Keep current on benefit regulations and trends and provide data-driven recommendations to remain competitive in offerings.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR Related policies and procedures.
- Support organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.
