Job Overview
We are seeking an Order Processor/Customer service associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service as needed for our growing automotive parts e-commerce department.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders from customers
- Verify order information for accuracy
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details
- Analyze order data to identify trends or issues
- Provide customer service for order inquiries via phone, email or chat as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in client services or office environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices
-Automotive parts experience is preferred and successful candidates will hit the ground running with some automotive knowledge
-Familiarity building invoices
-Experience with WMS or ERP type software to process invoices
-An understanding of logistics, freight, shipping software, etc may be helpful at times
-Strong communication skills and ability to "close the loop" on issues is necessary
We are a large, rapidly growing company.
Schedule is M-F Start and end times can be flexible within reason.
Pay is D.O.E.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
