We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telephone Representative to join our dynamic team. We are a BOOMING business with one of the greatest brands, Toyota in the industry. We need to hire on site phone sales and service scheduling representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through outbound and warm calling, promoting our services, and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and market our offerings to potential clients.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce ourcars and services.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts. NO cold calling.
- Utilize our software tools to track interactions and manage customer relationships. Easy to learn!
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve our processes.
- Communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales or telephone-based customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with the automotive business is welcomed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated drive to succeed.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a nice-to-have.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
As a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative at Tasca Automotive Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service for their vehicles & to purchase their next vehicle. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by managing appointments, answering inquiries, and handling customer follow-ups.
