BID COORDINATOR
JOB TITLE: Bid Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bid Coordinator to join our team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to prepare and submit bids for commercial flooring projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of bid requirements, project specifications, and blueprints to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and necessary documentation.
- Review and evaluate bid documents, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain bid logs, track project timelines, and update internal databases with relevant bid information.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings and participate in bid clarification meetings as required.
- Manage multiple bid submissions concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all bid-related documents and requirements are fulfilled.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Estimator, or in a similar role within the construction or commercial flooring industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of bidding processes, project specifications, and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in bid preparation and documentation.
- Proficiency in using bidding software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy installation, tile, and carpet installations is a plus.
