Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Supervisor – Bid Response.
Principal Purpose of Position:
- Supervise the activities and manage workload of assigned employees.
- Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, explore and implement corrective and preventative measures.
- Evaluate opportunities in existing processes and proactively identify new processes to ensure quality delivery and departmental efficiency.
- Proactively manage internal and external customer needs through collaboration, reporting, and concise communication.
- Proactively interact with business partners to develop and enhance systems.
- Develop custom departmental reports and presentations.
- Develop and monitor key departmental metrics to ensure standards are achieved.
- Own recruiting and hiring of new staff members; manage complete onboarding of new hires.
- Support the growth and career development of assigned employees.
- Supervise the attendance of assigned employees to ensure compliance with company policy.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Identify and appropriately manage employee performance through coaching and formal corrective action, if necessary. Execute company policies.
- Recommend process improvements to increase process efficiency.
- Conduct themselves both professionally and appropriately at all times, regardless of working environment (office, home, travel).
- Supervisor must be available to work physically in the office at whatever cadence is determined by the company.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
- Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.
- Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Experience in building professional relationships and managing dynamic teams.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 programs, including OneNote and Excel.
- Experience with the Request for Proposal process and related software a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Experience with Ombud a plus.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees.
