Account Management Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Management Coordinator supports TEAM Companies’ Account Management TEAM by providing administrative support to Account Managers ensuring exceptional service delivery and successful program management of our key clients. This position will assist our Account Managers by maintaining client relationships, managing administrative tasks and supporting departmental projects and initiatives. TEAM Member is responsible for creating, updating, and publishing periodic reports, presentations, and proposals to leadership. Successful TEAM member is customer-focused, detailed oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate confidently and effectively with internal and external clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers by assisting with client requests and executing departmental projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in TEAM’s CRM.
- Collaborate with internal TEAMs, successfully to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance of accounts and operational processes.
- Assist account managers in identifying opportunities for account growth and development.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations and other documentation as required.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry and TEAM Companies’ products and capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners to support the needs of key clients for account success.
- Meet all turnaround time expectations for daily responsibilities and project deadlines as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by TEAM leader.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, OR High School Diploma and 2 years of work experience, preferably with a focus on account management, business development, or customer service.
Computer Skills:
- Tech-savvy individual with a intermediate to advanced knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel & CRM) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Soft Skills Required:
- Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently in internal and external meetings and high-pressure situations.
- Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of the project or task.

Work Environment:
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with government, organization, and department policies.
- Demonstrate reliability supporting TEAM attendance standards as attendance and punctuality are key to the success for all.
- Utilization of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, various software platforms, and other technology.
- You must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa or Oklahoma City.
