Job Summary : Design Technology Specialist s have a passion for working with the latest digital technologies in the Esri GIS product line and a desire to help design firms work more efficiently and effectively . This position implement s and deliver s E sri GIS solutions and workflows, consulting, demonstrating, training, and supporting the Esri GIS technologies. This position is a n experienced Esri professional who leverag es cutting -edge software (such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, various connectors for Autodesk products ).
Essential Functions :
- Utilize Esri products such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise systems to assist clients in managing and analyzing their spatial data
- Provide expert consultation and support to clients on GIS and Esri products
- Develop and implement Esri GIS workflows for clients
- Develop and deliver customized training programs for clients on GIS and Esri products
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Stay up to date on the latest developments and trends in GIS and Esri products
- Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Collaborate with other teams and departments within the company to ensure that clients' needs and concerns are being met
- Perform additional duties as requested or assigned
