Medical Dosimetrist

TNM (Team Net Medical) is a group of medical physicists, dosimetrists and radiation therapists providing Medical Physics Services in the United States. Become a vital part of a team of dosimetrists that:

• Designs treatment plans that will deliver radiation in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist's prescription considering dose limiting structures in the design of such plan under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist(s) and Medical Physicist(s).
• Communicates the aspects of a treatment plan to the physician for plan approval, and to the Radiation Therapist for plan implementation.
• Documents doses in patients record in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist's prescription.

Experience:

• Eclipse treatment planning system (preferred)
• Mosiaq (preferred)
• 3D, Electron, IMRT, VMAT and SBRT planning (preferred)
• Ability to perform image fusion/registration with diagnostic imaging (CT and MRI)
• Strong knowledge of Anatomy and medical terminology
• Patient treatment setup

Other Skills Required:

• Ability to troubleshoot difficult treatment plans
• Good Communication Skills
• Positive Attitude
• Familiarity with modern technological tools and platforms (i.e Microsoft 365)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Dosimetry: 4 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Massachusetts: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
