Responsibilities
As a 2IC you will have seven key responsibilities.
You will also be responsible for any special duties, which the clinic director delegates to you.The RewardsThe reward for taking on these added responsibilities is performance based. If the clinic reaches its targets for monthly bonus, you will receive twice the bonus of a full-time staff PT ($700).
