Compensation and Benefits:
- $400.00 weekly Base Salary Weekly Sales Commission

Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm(Must be available every other Saturday)
Training:
- Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center located within our Farmington Hills, MI Clinic.
- In- clinic on the job training to follow for an additional 2-3 weeks.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Clinic Sales Manager to oversee the sales and growth of our Royal Oak, MI location. This individual will be responsible for driving new patient growth, managing the clinic’s sales strategy, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their weight loss and wellness goals.
Clinic Sales manager Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with prospective patients, evaluating goals, current eating and lifestyle habits to provide information on services, pricing, and weight loss programs.
- Conduct daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance, suggestions, and motivation along with education on various company products where necessary for maximum benefit of the program.
- Oversee clinic staff and develop a high-performing team with a focus on customer service excellence and product knowledge.
- Set sales and service goals for the clinic and staff. Communicate said expectations and coach and develop staff to achieve goals.
- Handle client inquiries, building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with client retention strategies, ensuring clients are satisfied and motivated to continue their journey
Qualifications:
- Passion for health, fitness, and weight loss solutions
- High energy, results-oriented, and motivated to meet sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in sales, ideally within a medical, wellness, or health-related field (experience in weight loss, fitness, or similar is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
- Possess active listening skills that are essential to develop customized strategies per individual needs.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
