What are the responsibilities and job description for the Continuous Improvement Coordinator position at Technipaq?
Shift available - all in our Crystal Lake location:
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F w/additional O.T. when necessary
Required Skills:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field preferred.
- 2 years' experience in Continuous Improvement and/or non-conformance investigations or related experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in flexible packaging.
- Previous ERP/MRP experience required, Radius experience in a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Outlook) required.
- Knowledgeable of the regulatory requirements in an ISO 13485 environment is a plus.
- Experience using statistical analysis software is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality improvement tools such as process mapping, root cause analysis and performance dashboards is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with others required.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Works well with other departments in communication of timelines, priorities and resolving ambiguous tasks/situations.
The Quality Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator's overall purpose is to ensure that our organization maintains high standards of quality and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for performing Root Cause Investigations (RCAs) in response to customer complaints, CAPAs and product non-conformances, developing and implementing manufacturing processes and quality improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance, and supporting validations.
Technipaq is family owned and operated serving the medical device and pharmaceutical packaging industry since 1984.
