Key Responsibilities
1. Electronic Hardware Development
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot robust electronic hardware components and systems.
- Build prototypes using PTH & SMD soldering techniques for testing and validation.
2. Circuit & PCB Design
- Create and refine circuit designs and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools like Altium or equivalent.
3. Embedded Firmware Development
- Design and implement optimized, reliable firmware for embedded systems.
4. System Integration & Testing
- Assemble hardware components and perform rigorous unit and system-level testing to ensure performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot electronic systems and resolve technical issues with a systematic approach.
5. Communication Protocols
- Implement and fine-tune communication protocols such as I2C, I2S, SPI, and UART for seamless device integration.
6. Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical Systems
- Apply expertise in motors, actuators, and sensors to develop innovative hardware designs.
- Ensure designs prioritize durability, precision, and efficiency in all applications.
7. Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical and electronic systems seamlessly.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and present technical solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electronic hardware components and systems.
- Proven experience in PTH & SMD soldering and electronics prototyping.
- Proficiency in circuit and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, or equivalent).
- Hands-on expertise in embedded firmware development and electronic troubleshooting.
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols: I2C, I2S, SPI, UART.
- Solid foundation in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, including motors, actuators, and sensors.
- Proficiency in hardware assembly, testing procedures, and system integration.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration and product demonstrations.
