Job Description
A customer is seeking a candidate to assist with the Image Scanner Refresh project, which involves replacing 11,000 scanners in their current locations. This project is underway to ensure future compatibility with their Windows 11 rollout by shipping replacement image scanners.
The candidate must be extremely well-organized to track shipments, delivery, and installation status. They will work with a dedicated Project Manager who oversees the project and collaborates with them to organize and track the scanners. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups and Pivot tables, are required to track shipments and updates. The candidate will also need to contact locations via phone that aren't completing the upgrade timely. Patience and some technical ability over the phone are necessary to guide end-users who may lack technical skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Technical ability to walk the end user through the process at the location if they are unable to do the installation themselves, as Field Techs will not be sent out to perform this work.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr.
This is a hybrid position in Schaumburg,IL.
This position is anticipated to close on Feb 19, 2025.
