Temecula Motorsports is a leading powersports dealership in Southern California.
We represent the following brands at Temecula location:
Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Polaris, Can-Am, CF Moto, Stark and Hisun, .
Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Parts Sales Associate to join our team.
We value long term relationships with our customers and are looking for candidates with a passion for powersports, great attitude, and outstanding work ethic.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Helping customers locate parts needed.
- Answer phone calls directed to the parts team to assist customers.
- Creating parts invoices, special orders and tracking of parts.
- Keeping inventory stocked. Replenish displays and back stock.
- Maintaining the Parts sales floor- a clean work station and work environment.
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Able to follow work schedule and be at work on time.
Skills:
- Powersports product knowledge and mechanical background
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Phone Skills – Answer calls, place and retrieve calls on hold, transfer calls to other stations.
- Computer Skills – Navigate dealer websites, portals or interfaces. Ability to use the web as a resource.
- CDK Lightspeed knowledge is a plus.
- Basic Excel spreadsheet skills
