Who We Are:
TentCraft, a leading manufacturer of custom tents and experiential event solutions, is seeking a Go-To-Market Manager to improve product positioning, lead cross-functional collaborations, and boost customer experience. This role combines product marketing, go-to-market, and sales enablement to ensure successful product launches, competitive positioning, and customer-centric engagement across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will leverage insights from market analysis and customer feedback to deliver a compelling product experience that increases win rate and reduces customer acquisition costs.

Market, Customer, and Competitive Analysis
  • Develop thorough analysis of customer pain points, buyer personas, industry trends, vertical segmentations, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Use data from multiple sources to identify insights, track performance, and optimize strategies to support both immediate and long-term growth objectives.
  • Measure KPIs related to GTM success, such as customer acquisition, retention, product adoption, and revenue impact, adjusting tactics based on performance.
  • Continuously monitor and report on business insights to cross-functional teams to refine product differentiation, positioning, and guide the product roadmap.
Product Positioning, Messaging, and Content
  • Leverage customer feedback and market insights to inform the product development process, identifying new product opportunities, product features, accessories, and monetization strategies.
  • Work closely with the product development team to determine product and service pricing.
  • Work closely with the content marketing manager to develop clear, compelling product positioning, value propositions, content and messaging that resonates with customer segments and sets TentCraft products apart from competitors.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to create impactful product-related content and sales resources that drive engagement and conversions.
Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
  • Own the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and vertical markets to build awareness and increase sales volume.
  • Lead product launches and marketing activations, testing different approaches across segments to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate with the marketing team on demand generation, account-based marketing, and content marketing programs to support GTM objectives.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns that incorporate email, social media, content marketing, digital ads, events, and other tactics.
Product Experience and Sales Enablement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to capture and implement product feedback that enhances the customer experience as a unique value proposition.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop remarketing campaigns tailored to products, accessories, and customer segments to grow customer lifetime value and engagement.
  • Manage Sales Enablement platform (Highspot, Paperflight) and provide Sales with tools, training, and resources that effectively communicate product benefits and help close deals.
  • Create and distribute sales collateral, product assets, competitive analysis, and other materials that align with GTM strategy to address key customer needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing, sales enablement, or go-to-market strategy
  • Proven experience creating and implementing marketing plans, including strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, messaging, and pricing
  • Familiarity with demand generation, content marketing, account-based marketing, and CRM systems
  • Strong data-driven approach with proficiency in digital tools and a desire to experiment and innovate
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Marketing teams to align on strategy and execution
  • Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with a touch of fun and creativity
