Key Responsibilities:
- **Homework Assistance:
- Help children complete assigned homework in a calm and supportive environment.
- Provide guidance on academic tasks, ensuring understanding and completion.
- **Tutoring:
- Offer one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to reinforce key skills in literacy, math, and other subjects as needed.
- Identify and address individual learning needs, providing additional support when necessary.

**Qualifications:
