What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drafter position at Test?

We are hiring drafters with experience in AutoCAD and/or a background in housing construction. However, we will train motivated individuals who have no prior experience but possess the ability to evolve alongside a progressive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create and revise detailed drawings for: Literatures, Permits, Production Packages / Working Drawings
- Review work to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Meet deadlines to reduce bottlenecks and maintain a smooth workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required. College degree in related field preferred but not required
- Must be proficient with computers, communication and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work in teams and attention to detail
