As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment at the Large Animal Hospital.In this role, you will greet and assist clients, answer incoming phone calls and direct clients to the appropriate clinical services, schedule appointments, create and handle medical records, and more. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years in general office or clerical work
Responsibilities
Client Care Liaison : Provide exceptional customer service by directing clients to appropriate resources, gathering and verifying information, explaining policies, notifying personnel of patient arrivals, scheduling follow-ups, auditing invoices, and documenting all relevant information accurately.
Review Cases : Review and coordinate Food Animal Medicine, Surgery, and Field Service cases, ensuring complete and accurate information, preparing correspondence, and contacting relevant parties for additional details. Serve as the first point of contact and inform clinicians or clients as needed.
Coordinate Care : Serve as the primary contact for admissions and discharge processing, manage appointment templates and scheduling, coordinate specialized service appointments, and promote communication between clients, rDVMs, clinicians, technicians, and staff.
