Job Summary
The Testing Associate, under general supervision, administers tests and ensures security and adherence to required protocols throughout the testing process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Schedules testing appointments and tutoring sessions.
Processes candidates upon entry to the testing center following strict adherence to guidelines.
Coordinates with testing agencies to ensure appropriate protocols are implemented and followed, processes payments, and reports data as needed.
Provides training for new proctors and testing assistants.
Compiles testing data and prepares usage reports. Maintains records, reports, and files related to students, tests, forms, and appointments in a secure manner.
Provides support to maintain usage reports and reconcile payments.
Coordinates testing materials pre and post-testing. Maintains testing facilities in a neat, clean, secure, and orderly condition.
Closes out exams at the completion of testing following strict adherence to guidelines.
Supports supervisor in conducting occasional audits of the testing center.

Minimum Requirements
Education - High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience - Two years of related experience.

Ability to - Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
