We are currently hiring for a Manager, Organizational Change Management in Boston, MA.
- A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.
The Manager, Organizational Change Management is responsible for the methodology and strategy of how we execute change initiatives across the entire organization. This leader will ensure a change plan is created, executed and benchmarked for success. This role oversees all change management efforts and is responsible for a team who manages assigned projects and supports the business throughout the change process.

Coaching leadership on change management methodologies and best practicesManage identification of required leadership / stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance of leadership in an effective change processAct as change mentor to drive change initiativesResponsible for change management development efforts and resources, including change plans, change guides, presentations, etc.Apply change management process and tools to create and implement a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiativeAssess the change impact - conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholdersApply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for changeSupport
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities based upon change initiativesEvaluate and ensure user readiness assessmentsSupport project specific communication to leaders and end users - partner with internal communication team when applicablePlan and Process PreparationPrepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadershipDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressOther Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fieldChange Management CertificationsMinimum of 8 years experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management planSkills
Customer-service focused with timely responses to customer inquiriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people / groups, internally and externallyAbility to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and the discipline to complete last minute requests as neededAbility to be a self-starter and work independently and the initiative to handle increasing responsibility over timeAbility to follow through with open issues until resolvedExcellent judgment is required to handle sensitive and confidential informationPreferred Qualifications :
HR Certification and / or Project Management CertificationLevel : 5
In accordance with pay transparency laws the salary range for this role if hired is $102,000 - $166,400 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
