Position Summary:
Acting as the liaison between clients, internal teams and external 3rd parties, the Client Service Associate enhances the client experience, partnering with Wealth Advisors to provide exceptional client service. The Client Service Associate is responsible for understanding firm policies, procedures and digital capabilities that will allow them to work closely with Wealth Advisors, taking care of existing clients as well as the onboarding of new client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
· Act as clients’ primary contact for day-to-day client service needs, while coordinating with Wealth Advisors around overall relationship management
· Develop a deep understanding of client’s expectations and preferences to serve as a knowledgeable client advocate and ensure tailored execution
· Drive high client satisfaction through excellent client service, prompt follow-up on client issues and proactive problem solving
· Prepare and process client account paperwork, documents and track open items with the utmost attention to detail
· Facilitate transfers of funds and securities (Fidelity Wealthscape)
· Maintain client records, document account activities and cash flow information in CRM system (Salesforce)
· Partner with other internal teams on client service processes and workflow
· Be engaged and take leadership roles in firm-wide initiatives
· Promote and ensure respect for client privacy and confidentiality in all matters
· Maintain risk awareness and compliance; identify problems in a timely manner while complying with standard resolution policy, the established firm processes, and regulatory procedures
You could be a great fit if you have:
· At least 1 year of wealth management experience with bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of equivalent industry experience
· Demonstrated knowledge of financial investment administration is a plus
· Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with teammates and clients
· Considerable tact and discretion when dealing with clients and their sensitive data, while also having the desire to help and interact with clients
· The ability to work independently under minimal supervision
· Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills required
· Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency
· Ability to handle and prioritize competing demands with flexibility is necessary
· Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus, but not required
