Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Insurance 4-40 / 2-20)
We're looking for full-time help from someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions.
This position will require a 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance certification. Experience is required. This position is a full-time position with hours available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The ideal candidate for this role is licensed and has prior customer service experience with excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, apply now!
Compensation : 20 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
- Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided
- Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization
