We are looking for a full-time licensed 4-40 Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of experience with personal & commercial lines of insurance. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, team player, quick learner and committed to building and maintaining strong client relationships. Having work experience with QQ Catalyst Management System and Vertafore PL rater would be a plus.

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be essential in delivering outstanding support and assistance to our clients. Your core responsibilities will include handling inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and phone etiquette. Proficiency in English and Spanish, along with strong computer skills and typing abilities, will enable you to manage data entry and client interactions efficiently. Your commitment to exceptional service will help foster positive relationships and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Utilize computer skills to navigate customer management systems efficiently.
  • Demonstrate phone etiquette while handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist bilingual customers, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Insurance CSR: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • ENGLISH AND SPANISH (Required)

License/Certification:

  • 4-40 License (Required)
