Are you a baking enthusiast with a knack for creativity and a love for all things sweet? The Cheat Day Factory, known for our jaw-dropping cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more, is looking for TWO bakery assistants to join our fun, hardworking, and slightly sugar-fueled team.

* Detail-Oriented: You've got an eye for making sure things look and taste amazing (and can tell when a cake is slightly off-center).
What You'll Be Doing
- Crafting and decorating a variety of treats cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cakesicles, and more.
- Handling daily bakery tasks like measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and monitoring baking times (aka the science part of baking).
- Keeping our kitchen spotless and organized because chaos isn't a great frosting flavor.
- Packing up orders and delivering smiles (and desserts) to our customers.
- Ensuring timely and safe delivery of treats around South East Orlando, Winter Garden, and nearby areas.
What You Bring to the Table (or Bakery Counter)
- A passion for creating drool-worthy desserts.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat (well, maybe a little sweat).
- An eagle eye for detail to make sure every treat is Insta-worthy.
- Stellar communication skills and a knack for following directions.
- Organizational skills that would make Marie Kondo jealous.
- Flexibility to work 32-40 hours a week, including occasional weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (because our cakes deserve a smooth ride).

Work & Delivery Locations
* Base Location: Southeast Orlando, near Orlando International Airport.
* Delivery Areas: South East Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Walt Disney World Resorts, and surrounding areas.
Important Notes
This position requires signing a five-year Non-Compete Agreement and a Proprietary Protection Agreement to safeguard our business practices and top-secret recipes.
