What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Finance Collections Manager position at The Citizens Bank?
Citizens Bank is looking for an Equipment Finance Collections Manager who will be responsible for the collection of assigned delinquent accounts for our Equipment Finance division. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in collections. We are looking for an outgoing individual who has great communication and interpersonal skills. One of the most vital tasks for this position is working with the Equipment Finance team, customers, brokers, vendors, and more daily. Comfort and professionalism communicating with people through in-person meetings, online meetings, phone calls, and written communication are key. This position will be fast paced so time management, organizational skills, and an ability to complete tasks independently will be necessary to excel in this role.
This position can be located in any of the Citizens Bank markets in Arkansas including Little Rock, Fayetteville, Hot Springs, Batesville, and other surrounding areas. Travel will be an essential part of this job so reliable transportation and the ability to travel will be required.
