What are the responsibilities and job description for the INTERNSHIP - Casework Intern position at The City Mission?
Paid Internship from May 19th to August 15th. 25 hours per week, flexible (but within programming hours)

Position Summary:
Assists in case management tasks, such as intakes, referrals, and meeting with residents.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Essential Job Functions:
- Shadow and observe Case Managers in intake assessments and meetings with residents.
- After a period of observation and training, will conduct intakes, assessments, teach
curriculum, and meet with residents to develop and create goals. - Build quality, caring relationships with residents to enhance the overall effectiveness of programming.
- Perform data entry to record and compile data for the monthly statistical report.
- Assist the Case Managers in identifying resident needs and communicating resources.
- Assist in special project assignments as needed.
