The Community Supports Network, Inc. (CSN) supports persons, both children and adults, with mental health needs and/or intellectual disabilities gain skills, knowledge and experience to increasingly use and benefit from the resources and settings available to all citizens in our community.
This specific role within CSN would provide in-office support with our Affinity Community Counseling Services. Affinity Community Counseling provides outpatient mental health services that enhance an individual's social, psychological, emotional and intellectual well-being in order to support them in achieving their quality of life goals.
The Affinity Office is located at: 5539 S 27th St., Suite 204, Lincoln, NE 68512
The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: Client Relations, Payment Processing, Scheduling, Internal and External Communications, Data Entry and Reporting, Office Coordination and other duties as assigned.
This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine interest in supporting our practice's mission to provide quality mental health care. To LEARN, GROW and LIVE your best possible professional life to facilitate achievement of organizational outcomes.
This is a Part-time position; Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm.

Requirements for Position
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with electronic health records (EHR) or practice management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling payments and understanding basic accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
