- Processes scheduled routines that present few difficult operating problems (e.g., infrequent or easily resolved error conditions).
- Oversees and manages daily computer operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately while troubleshooting and resolving more complex issues independently.
- Implements and maintains operational procedures, providing training and guidance to junior operators to enhance team performance and adherence to best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting computers.
- Ability to demonstrate and perform technical skills
- Works well under supervision
