As an IT Support Technician, you will support multiple sites throughout Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, and Lancaster Pennsylvania. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for day-to-day operations and troubleshooting multiple sites both remote and on-site. Duties will require traveling on-site to locations to perform certain tasks. Environment is MS Windows based with varying mobile technologies site to site.

IT Support Technician Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Some relevant IT support experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and support technical issues both remotely and on-site
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Network component familiarization/connectivity
• Wireless (Ruckus) experience a plus
