One of a Kind Bakery Dessert Chef Seasonal Job. Position ends 12/23/2024

Seasonal Dessert Chef Manager with great perks! We are in our high season with our food shops and catering and need your culinary chops. We are known for handcrafted premium food and our customers expect our food to be consistent in taste, appearance, and quality.

• Oversee bakery production team (2-3 member team) that makes desserts. Desserts are mainly brownies, mini cheesecakes, lemon bars, pie dough, other frozen desserts. No choux, croissants, macaroon, or iced items are produced.
• Manage Bakery team schedule, inventory, and ordering.
• Fulfill written BEO's/production orders in a timely manner. You do not have to write the orders, just fulfill them.
• We have the recipes for you. Just follow those exact recipes and make sure your team does the same.
• Hold others on your team accountable in following recipes
• Average hours for this job are 45-55 per week.
• Some weekends (Sat) will be required to meet the seasonal demands of the business.
• PERK! Three paid days off Thanksgiving week.
• Job starts at 7-8AM . 9-10 hour days.
• Our team wants an instructional culinary bakery coach. Someone who will show them excellence in their performance, delegate responsibilities to our team members, hold their team accountable and ALWAYS follow company recipes to the letter.
